Office Assistant

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to help with daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet visitors and handle basic inquiries
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Perform basic data entry and word processing
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Prior office experience is a plus but not required

Preferred Location : Candidates residing near Nazimabad or Saddar will be given preference due to proximity and convenience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
