Office Assistant / Data Entry

An office assistant / date entry clerk will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information to support our daily operations. This is an entry-level role. The correct candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with both paperwork and computer systems.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate data records in our internal systems and spreadsheets

Review all documents for accuracy before entering

File and organize electronic and paper records

Assist with basic office duties

Keep and organized bills by due date

Must be responsible, reliable and punctual

Good time management

Clear written and verbal communication

Must be able to follow instructions

Must have previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience

This position is ideal for candidates who are detail-focused with good communication, and eager to support an efficient office environment through accurate data management.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week

Work Location: In person
