Office Boy - Gujanwala

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable Office Support Staff member to help with the daily work in our office. The right person should be responsible, polite, and able to handle different routine tasks in an organized way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
• Keep office premises clean and tidy, including furniture, kitchen, washrooms, and common areas.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and guests.
• Manage and organize office supplies, including stationery and kitchen items.
• Assist with document handling tasks such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and deliveries.
• Ensure the office is clean and prepared each morning, and properly locked and secured at the end of the day.
• Greet and assist visitors, run office errands, and support staff with day-to-day activities.

Requirements:

• Matric or Inter Is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.
• Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and manual duties.
• A polite, cooperative attitude and a willingness to assist the team are essential.
• Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility are key qualities for this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
