Job Summary

We are looking for a Personal Staff Officer / Executive Assistant / Secretary to provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, memos, and official communication.
  • Coordinate travel plans, logistics, and event arrangements.
  • Maintain records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Serve as a communication link between management, staff, and external contacts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Secretary, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
