Office Chef (For Directors & Senior Management)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and professional Chef to prepare high-quality meals for our directors and senior management within the office premises. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, hygiene-conscious, and experienced in preparing a wide variety of cuisines commonly eaten in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh, delicious, and hygienic meals daily for directors and bosses
• Plan and cook a variety of dishes according to preferences and dietary needs
• Ensure timely meal preparation and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking area
• Manage kitchen inventory and ingredients efficiently
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Expertise in Pakistani, Asian, traditional, cultural, and Chinese cuisine
• Ability to cook desi, continental, Chinese, and fusion dishes
• Strong knowledge of spices, flavors, and traditional Pakistani meals
• Experience in cooking a wide range of foods commonly eaten in Pakistan
• Good understanding of portion control and meal planning

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a chef or cook
• Professional attitude and discipline
• Ability to work independently
• Punctual, trustworthy, and well-mannered
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
