Office Manager

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth implementation of policies and procedures
  • Maintain an organized, welcoming, and professional office environment for staff and visitors
  • Manage logistics, supplies, and coordination with vendors and service providers
  • Supervise and support administrative staff
  • Assist in hospitality arrangements for guests and ensure a pleasant office experience
  • Handle internal and external communications and inquiries
  • Assist in managing office budgets and expenses
  • Plan company events and team-building activities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of office management experience
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management tools
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and accounting principles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
