Office Manager

ECL Design, LLC is a dynamic company specializing in landscaping and construction services. We're seeking a reliable, organized Part-Time Office Manager to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ideally with direct experience managing office functions in the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Handle financial tracking, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
  • Coordinate with team members on project timelines and client communications.
  • Assist with vendor relations, supply ordering, and general office organization.
  • Support remote collaboration tools and processes.
  • Use basic sales skills to present ECL Design to prospective clients when needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong preference for prior experience as an Office Manager (or similar role) in the landscaping or closely related field (e.g., lawn care, irrigation, hardscaping, or construction).
  • Basic knowledge in QuickBooks (willingness to evolve)
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with remote work setups, including reliable internet and a suitable home office environment.
  • Basic sale skills
