Office Manager

Daramic, LLC is looking for a candidate who will provide high-level executive, Board, and office management support by coordinating governance meetings, managing complex calendars and travel, overseeing corporate office operations, and ensuring seamless execution of leadership and external engagements.

Provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors.

Coordinate Board, executive, and strategic meetings end to end, including materials, minutes, and action tracking.

Create and maintain executive dashboards to support priorities and decision-making.

Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing executive priorities with discretion and sound judgment.

Manage complex domestic and international travel including visa applications, expense reporting, and office operations.

Lead logistics and on-site execution for trade show and high-profile events.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment while managing competing priorities.

5+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders, including executive teams and Boards for a global organization.

Strong office management, communication, and organizational skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)

SharePoint experience a plus.

Experience in a global, cross-cultural environment preferred

This role provides high‑level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the CEO, executive leadership team, private equity partners, and Board of Directors.
