Job Description Core Responsibilities: Generic Accountability:
  • Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
  • Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications and maintenance requests for approval to the Consumer Processing Unit.
  • Handle customer requests such as account opening, online requests, and returned cheque delivery.
  • Encourage customers to build their balances and migrate to higher customer programs.
  • Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs by referring eligible customers to lounges and centers.
  • Educate customers about automated channels like ATMs, call centers, and online banking, promoting their usage.
  • Attract new customers through personal relations and referrals.
  • Respond to inquiries forwarded from the call center.
  • Meet individual sales targets.
  • Participate in and lead daily retail sales team meetings.
  • Online & Mobile Banking: Achieve monthly onboarding targets and promote channel usage through demonstrations.
  • Ensure high customer experience and achieve NPS targets by representing FAB values.
  • Engage with colleagues and stakeholders, completing mandatory trainings.
Job Specific Accountabilities:

Set personal sales targets with the retail sales manager and branch manager.

Key Performance Indicators:
  • Adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with ABM to meet sales targets.
  • Develop new sources of business.
Qualifications: Threshold Qualifications:
  • High School diploma.
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of relevant banking experience, familiar with bank products, customer service, policies, and procedures.
