Job Description:

  • Assist in Recruitment & Selection
  • Maintain CV databank (both online and in hard form)
  • Make list of potential candidates for future perspective position(s)
  • Sourcing candidates through different channels
  • Conduct joining formalities of new joiners
  • Assist in OD activities
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • Assist HR Operations team as and when required

Qualification: MHRM, MBA (HR), BBA (HR) or relevant degree

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Job Type: Full-time
