MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Employee Lifecycle Management.

  • Ensure smooth on-boarding of employees –, create ESS access and provide training, Issue ID cards, etc.
  • Personnel file management.
  • Ensure timely confirmation of employee.
  • Issuing HR documents on timely bases to the employees and maintaining records of the same.
  • Maintaining and updating the HRIS.
  • Address employee grievance.
  • Facilitate the exit formalities and full & final settlement.

Attendance, Leave Management & Salary Administration.

  • Process the attendance and provide attendance inputs for salary processing.
  • Provide and update salary related inputs in the system.
  • Ensure correctness of the data input.
  • Update and ensure correct leave records
  • Ensure adherence to legal compliance and address compliance related matters whenever arises.

ESS Portal Management.

  • Provide employees with access to the ESS portal.
  • Assign and update necessary policy in the portal.
  • Address system related queries and resolve the same with the technical team.
  • Provide ESS portal training to employees.
  • Identify process improvement measures and recommend the same to the HR head.

Shop Delegates (Sales Promoter, CCA, Randstad).

  • Maintain the headcount for Shop Delegates, ensure the hiring are within the approved manpower plan and budget.
  • Discrepancy in hiring should be highlighted to the Channel Head and HR Head.
  • Coordination with Randstad for Joining, Onboarding of CCA, Attendance, Billing Sheet, Invoices

HR Services Excellence

  • Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with upcoming change in labour ordinance and government requirements.
  • Responsible for day –to-day operation and workflows efficiency, maintain HR database and employees’ personal files, Mobile / Laptop/Car and car allowance issue status
  • Monthly MIS.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and other HR related activities.

Experience Requirements

  • Atleast 4 years of HR generalist experience and payroll experience.
  • Strong customer-oriented mind set and can-do attitude
  • Team player.

High level of interpersonal skills
