Officer - HR Operations

Job Summary:

The Officer – HR Operations will be responsible for supporting daily HR activities, including employee records management, onboarding and offboarding processes, HRIS administration, payroll coordination, and general administrative tasks to ensure seamless and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update employee information in the HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Support payroll processing by collating and validating monthly inputs in coordination with relevant teams.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave management, and procedures in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, confirmations, ID cards, and compliance-related paperwork.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
