Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
- Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employee-related documentation.
- Coordinate with departments regarding HR operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
- Support recruitment and employee engagement activities as required.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with HR documentation, employee records management, attendance, and payroll coordination.
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
