Officer - HR Operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and personnel files.
  • Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, and other employee-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with departments regarding HR operational requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
  • Support recruitment and employee engagement activities as required.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with HR documentation, employee records management, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
