Job Summary:
The role serves as the primary point of contact for all company registration, licensing, and regulatory coordination activities across the GCC for DP World Logistics. It involves coordinating new and renewal processes for trade licenses, establishment cards, and legal documentation; overseeing the leasing lifecycle of offices, warehouses, and operational sites; and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and helping track regulatory changes to ensure timely updates and renewals.
Key Accountabilities:

Act as a single point of contact for coordination for company registrations, office / facility renewals, activity license approvals and other regulatory liaison matters across the GCC including maintaining and managing renewals as required

Manage new / renewal process of trade licenses, commercial registrations, establishment cards, and other legal documentation for the BU and its entities.

Maintain records and coordinate the leasing lifecycle (review, renewal, coordination) of warehouses, offices, and operational sites under the Logistics BU.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Maintain up-to-date records of all company-related licenses, permits, leases, and corporate documents, ensuring timely renewals and audits.

Liaise and coordinate with internal teams for the execution and alignment as required including raising risks in a timely manner

Support company setup, deregistration, and restructuring activities in coordination with legal, finance and compliance departments.

Monitor regulatory changes and provide proactive updates to management to ensure full compliance.
Education, Qualification and Skills:
Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.

Proven experience in company registration and licensing processes within the UAE; GCC experience is a plus.

Familiarity with the freight forwarding and logistics sector is desirable but not essential.

Experience working with company formation consultants and legal counsels is preferred.

Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC licensing and regulatory landscape.
