Job Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing materials, goods, products at Warehouse Levels.
2. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
3. Creating Purchase Orders and providing them to the vendors on their schedules visits.
4. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
5. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
6. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
7. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
8. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Requirements:
2-5 years’ experience in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana
Skills:
Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Great organizational and planning skills.
Excellent networking and time management skills.
