Site Supervisor – Civil | High-End Construction & Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are a well-established construction and interior fit-out company delivering premium residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of high-end developments, including fine dining restaurants and luxury interiors.

Role Overview

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain workflow and resolve site issues
• Monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality standards
• Prepare daily site reports and support project managers in planning and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and local authority requirements
• Assist in inspections, snagging, and handover procedures

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience , specifically in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Proven background in high-end F&B construction and interior fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of site execution, materials, and local compliance standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and committed to delivering quality on time
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and site reporting tools
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
