This is a full-time on-site role for an On Site Supervisor, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The On Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily construction and renovation activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating workers, reviewing project plans, ensuring compliance with safety standards, inspecting work quality, and effectively communicating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. They will also play a key role in troubleshooting on-site issues and maintaining project documentation.

• Construction and renovation knowledge, including project management, construction techniques, and material usage
• Strong supervisory and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce
• Planning, scheduling, and organizational skills to ensure project deadlines are met
• Knowledge of safety standards and building codes to ensure compliance at all times
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office and project management tools is a plus
• Relevant certifications in construction or project management are advantageous
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or renovation industry
