Onboarding Coordinator

Realty ONE Group Supreme is seeking an organized, tech-savvy Onboarding & Platform Specialist to support our growing team of real estate agents.

This role manages the agent onboarding process and serves as the in-house expert on our Realty ONE Group systems, including CRM, Website Customization, Marketing Tools, and other internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee new agent onboarding from contract to launch
• Set up and train agents on company systems
• Provide ongoing platform support and troubleshooting
• Maintain onboarding checklists and documentation
• Ensure agents are fully integrated into company tools and processes
• Facilitate bi-weekly in office workshops

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable learning and teaching technology platforms
• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Willing to travel between our Lehigh & Bucks County offices
