Online Sales Manager

The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies and meeting the sales target for the company.

PRODUCTS: Dermatology, Beauty & Aesthetics

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and train an online sales department.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and key clients.
• Present sales reports to upper management and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in online sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs110,000.00 per month
