We are currently hiring a qualified and experienced Online Tutor (Trainer) for the Human Resource Management program on a part-time contractual basis.

Role Overview:

The Online Tutor (Trainer) for Human Resource Management will be responsible for delivering engaging virtual sessions and assessing learner assignments in line with international academic and industry standards.
This is a remote, part-time contractual role ideal for HR professionals and academics interested in contributing to global online education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive and engaging online classes for the Human Resource Management program.
  • Assess assignments, projects, and case studies following defined learning outcomes.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners.
  • Ensure all teaching and assessment align with international HR and education standards.
  • Participate in internal verification, academic meetings, and quality review sessions.
  • Contribute to course improvement and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree (18 years of education) such as MBA-HR, MSc HRM, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of teaching or professional experience in HR, organizational development, or management training.
  • Experience with online teaching platforms or vocational education will be an advantage.
  • Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, organizational behavior, and people management.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, LMS).
  • Ability to evaluate and guide learners effectively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Contract & Compensation Details:

  • Duration: 6 Months (Contractual, renewable based on performance)
  • Type: Part-Time / Remote
  • Per Lecture Fee (as per approved rate)
  • Per Assignment Evaluation Fee
  • Work Hours: Flexible (scheduled sessions)
