Operation Manager

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years of experience in Trading company (Metal Scrap Recycling Industry will be preferred)

* Should be proficient in the English language and good in drafting emails.

· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

JOB Description:

• Coordinate on the whole operation process of the company
• Prepare contract (sales / purchase) and negotiate on the terms with buyer when necessary
• Manage all the export/import documentations
• Oversee and plan the smooth operation of the logistical activities.
• Liaise with suppliers/buyers on delivery and payment matters
• Liaise with shipping/freight forwarders on shipping arrangements, schedules and tracking
• Provide best in class after sales support to existing clients to continuously nurture the trade relationships.
• Day to day managing and functioning of the trading activities such as servicing of existing clients as well as growing new accounts in the assigned verticals.
• Oversee and plan the smooth operation of the logistical activities.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
