Job Overview:

Emirates Talent Solution is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operation Sales Manager with 5–7 years of proven expertise in property development and real estate sales. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day sales operations, develop and execute business strategies, manage client portfolios, and ensure seamless coordination between sales and marketing functions. This role demands strong leadership, market insight, and operational efficiency to drive consistent revenue growth and strengthen the company’s market position in Dubai’s real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies for property development projects.
  • Identify and onboard potential investors, clients, and brokerage partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Operational Oversight & Coordination

  • Streamline and oversee daily sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between marketing, finance, and client service departments.
  • Supervise documentation, contracts, and CRM updates to maintain operational accuracy.
  • Ensure the team adheres to company processes and UAE real estate compliance standards.

Marketing & Promotional Support

  • Work closely with the marketing department to design and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and property events.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and presentations align with the company’s branding and project value proposition.
  • Participate in property viewings, site tours, and client engagement activities to boost conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management & Negotiation

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized follow-ups and post-sale support.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and ensure high levels of service delivery throughout the sales cycle.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports with data-driven insights.
  • Develop incentive structures and training modules to enhance team efficiency and performance.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in sales or real estate management will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in property development, real estate sales, or operational management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large teams.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, RERA regulations, and real estate operations.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools.

Soft Skills

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, target-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
