Operations & Admin Manager (Shopping Mall)

Lahore, Pakistan

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Admin Manager to take charge of the daily operations and administration of our shopping mall. The ideal candidate must have mall management experience and the ability to ensure seamless operations, high tenant satisfaction, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee mall operations including security, housekeeping, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Manage administrative functions, including staff schedules, vendor contracts, and utility management.
  • Coordinate with tenants to ensure smooth business operations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities and events in collaboration with management.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and SOPs for better efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience (5+ years) in mall operations, facility management, or administration.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong sense of accountability and integrity.
