Position Overview

TLScontact is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Agent to join our team in Miami. This role is responsible for document verification, customer service, and compliance with security protocols to ensure smooth visa application processing. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation Processing

• Greet applicants professionally and assist them throughout the visa application process.
• Verify documents for accuracy and completeness per official guidelines.
• Ensure applicant details on internal systems match official identification documents.
• Clearly communicate application status and next steps to applicants.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Review documents processed by colleagues for accuracy and compliance.
• Log documentation errors and discrepancies in the internal system.
• Follow all security procedures and maintain strict data confidentiality.

Client Reception & Support

• Verify appointment details and applicant identity upon arrival.
• Ensure proper workflow coordination with the Operations Manager and team.
• Maintain an orderly and professional waiting area.
• Provide clear and professional responses to client inquiries.

Security & Confidentiality

• Participate in mandatory security training.
• Comply with data protection policies and anti-corruption regulations.
• Promptly report security concerns or document irregularities to management.

Qualifications & SkillsMinimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (additional certifications in customer service or administration are a plus).
• At least one year of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20-22 per hour
• Employment Classification: Temp-Hire, Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for Overtime Pay)
