Operations Analyst – Remote Operations (Hybrid/Remote Available)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join RemoMotos Remote Operations Group. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing business processes, analyzing operational performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making across remote teams.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
• Build reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance metrics
• Support process optimization across remote teams and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (support, logistics, and management)
• Assist in forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
• Document processes and recommend scalable improvements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in operations, business analysis, or data analysis (1–3+ years preferred)
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field is an advantage
