1) Operations Manager – Digital Archiving Project (3-Month Contract)

Role Objective:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to work on one of our projects in Amman. Lead and manage a high-volume digital archiving project operating under a structured production-line model. Ensure operational efficiency, output quality, and on-time delivery within the defined project timeline.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end daily operations across all workflow stages (Receiving, Sorting, Disinfection, Scanning, OCR Processing, Quality Control).

Design and optimize digital production lines to eliminate workflow bottlenecks and maximize throughput.

Plan production capacity and allocate workforce effectively across stations.

Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs; implement corrective actions for operational deviations.

Prepare structured progress and performance reports for senior management and the supervising entity.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, data integrity standards, and document handling protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.

3–5 years of experience in operations management, document digitization, or process-driven project environments.

Strong analytical skills in capacity planning, workflow optimization, and performance management.

Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional operational teams.
