Operations Director - Facilities Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to lead integrated facilities management operations for elite, high-protocol clients, including palaces, royal residences, and other VIP assets . This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role where operational excellence, discretion, and premium service delivery are paramount.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end integrated FM operations across multiple high-profile sites.
  • Ensure world-class service delivery across hard and soft FM services, hospitality operations, and client-facing functions.
  • Manage and develop high-performing teams , including operations managers and on-site FM staff.
  • Build strong relationships with elite clients and stakeholders , ensuring service expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and best practices across all FM functions.
  • Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and reporting for high-value portfolios.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior FM leadership roles , preferably in integrated FM for high-protocol, luxury, or VIP clients .
  • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and leadership skills .
  • Deep understanding of complex IFM operations , including both hard and soft services.
  • Experience managing premium service delivery standards , hospitality operations, and multi-site portfolios.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail .
  • Ability to operate discreetly and professionally in high-profile environments.
