Operations Executive – (Night Shift)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and support night shift operations for U.S.-based facilities, working remotely from our back-office operations center. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong remote management abilities, and a problem-solving mindset. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring overnight activities, coordinating with vendors and field staff, managing escalations, and ensuring smooth workflows during non-business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remotely monitor and manage operational activities for U.S. facilities during night shifts to ensure business continuity.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance and operational requirements, ensuring timely completion to company standards.
• Respond promptly to issues or emergencies, provide status updates, and implement effective resolutions.
• Track, update, and close work orders or operational tasks using internal systems while maintaining detailed logs of shift activities.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports highlighting key events, completed tasks, and pending issues for effective handover.
• Monitor vendor performance against budgets, contracts, and compliance standards, including safety protocols.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations coordination, facilities support, or night shift operations.
• Familiarity with maintenance workflows, operational systems, and safety standards.
