The Role

We’re hiring an Operations & Growth Partner — a hands-on operator and strategist who will work side-by-side with the founder to scale the business.
You’ll help run day-to-day operations, manage clients, and drive new business growth. This role offers direct access to decision-making, ownership over strategy, and a clear path toward a co-founder-level position.

What You’ll Do

● Oversee daily operations — staffing, delivery, performance tracking, and reporting.

● Manage and grow client relationships with consistent quality and communication.

● Drive lead generation and outbound outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and cold calls).

● Create proposals, pitch decks, and pricing quotes alongside the founder.

● Recruit, train, and manage new agents as client projects scale.

● Build internal systems, SOPs, and documentation for long-term scalability.

● Act as second-in-command to the founder — ensuring business continuity and growth.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.

● 6–8 years of experience in a BPO, call center, or sales operations environment.

● Strong experience in client communication, project management, and lead generation.

● Excellent written and spoken English (US accent or neutral tone preferred).

● Strategic thinker who can operate like a business owner.

● Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup.

● Familiarity with SaaS tools and automation systems.

● High ownership, grit, and bias toward execution.
