We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and ensure smooth business operations. This role demands strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Enhance and optimize organizational processes to improve internal capacity and overall efficiency.
• Continuously improve workflows, communication methods, reporting systems, and operational platforms.
• Prioritize and manage escalated issues, ensuring quick resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality customer service with a focus on timely problem-solving and client retention.
• Bring structure, order, and focused management attention to customer concerns, ensuring complete consumer satisfaction.
• Oversee and perform periodic maintenance of MIS systems to boost operational performance.
• Ensure effective warehouse management, vendor management, and smooth supply chain operations.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5 to 9 years in operations management.
• Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Expertise: Proven experience in warehouse management and vendor management.
• Technical: Basic knowledge of Excel and familiarity with MIS tools.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, inspire performance, and deliver measurable results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
