Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, including logistics, supply chain, procurement, and warehousing.

Manage local and international shipments, customs clearance, and vendor coordination.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and quality standards.

Collaborate with finance and sales teams to support cost control and operational efficiency.

Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

Supervise and guide team members to achieve operational targets.

Prepare operational reports and dashboards for management review.

Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and clients to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of experience in operations or logistics management (preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences).

Strong knowledge of import/export procedures and UAE customs regulations.

Proficient in ERP/SAP systems, Microsoft Office, and logistics software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
