Job Title: Operations Manager
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused, and commercially minded Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operational and administrative activities. This role is critical in driving efficiency, accountability, cost control, and smooth coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, process-driven, and confident in managing people, systems, and third-party partners, while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and scalability.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Administration
- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions
- Ensure effective coordination across departments and support teams
- Establish operational controls, approval workflows, and accountability structures
- Identify operational gaps and lead continuous process improvement initiatives
Staff Management & Accountability
- Supervise administrative and support staff
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations
- Monitor attendance, responsiveness, and task completion
- Address performance issues using structured, data-driven reporting
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and service providers
- Benchmark pricing to ensure cost-effective and competitive procurement
- Maintain approved vendor lists and contract records
- Control procurement costs and prevent unauthorized expenditures
Processes, SOPs & Compliance
- Develop, document, and enforce SOPs across operational and administrative areas
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness
Reporting & Leadership Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for leadership
- Track KPIs related to efficiency, cost management, and staff performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, administration, or business management
- Strong experience in vendor negotiation and cost control
- Proven ability to manage teams and enforce accountability
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and operational documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast-growing or service-based organizations
- Background in procurement, finance operations, or process optimization
- Demonstrated experience building SOPs and operational frameworks from scratch
