Operations Manager

BASED IN RIYADH, KSA

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple premium dining locations within a well-established restaurant group. This role is focused on driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experience, and supporting business performance across high-volume sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple premium dining outlets
  • Support the execution of operational strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and guest experience
  • Take ownership of site-level performance, supporting P&L delivery and cost control initiatives
  • Ensure all locations consistently meet brand standards, service quality, and operational procedures
  • Monitor sales performance, labour, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution
  • Lead, manage, and motivate large teams across multiple sites, ensuring high engagement and performance
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong operational control and hands-on leadership presence
  • Deliver training and coaching to restaurant management teams to build capability and consistency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations
  • Work closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager within premium dining or high-end restaurant groups
  • Experience managing multi-site restaurant operations
  • Strong understanding of P&L and cost management at unit level
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly
  • Experience supporting restaurant openings is highly desirable
  • Strong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams
  • Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance in busy environments
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settings
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
