Operations Manager - Auction

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Auction with strong hands-on knowledge of the complete vehicle auction lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing multi-brand car auctions, supervising workshop operations, and ensuring smooth end-to-end auction execution in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the entire auction process, including vehicle intake, inspection, valuation, listing, auction execution, and post-auction activities

Ensure smooth coordination between auction operations, workshop, logistics, sales, and finance teams

Manage multi-brand vehicle auctions, ensuring accurate categorization, pricing, and presentation

Supervise workshop operations, including vehicle inspection, refurbishment, repairs, and readiness for auction

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and operational standards

Monitor auction performance, analyze results, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue

Manage vendors, service providers, and third-party partners

Lead, train, and motivate operations and workshop teams to achieve performance targets

Handle customer, dealer, and stakeholder coordination related to auction operations

Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management

Required Qualifications & Experience

8–10 years of proven experience in auction operations within the UAE

Mandatory hands-on experience in vehicle auctions

Strong knowledge of the complete auction lifecycle

In-depth understanding of multi-brand vehicles (Japanese, European, American, etc.)

Proven experience in workshop supervision and vehicle inspection processes

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office and auction management systems

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced auction environment

Customer-focused mindset with strong negotiation skills

Knowledge of UAE automotive market trends

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
