*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and build a scalable backend for growth at FoodiaQ, a food-tech startup in Mumbai. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage vendors, and ensure seamless delivery operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Oversee team operations and ensure adherence to SOPs

- Resolve operational roadblocks and improve processes

- Manage vendors, inventory, and logistics

- Streamline chef onboarding and delivery operations

- Identify opportunities for process automation and work with the tech team

- Provide feedback on app/website features to improve operational efficiency

- Maintain accurate records and handle customer queries

*Requirements:*

- 4-6 years of experience in operations, preferably in F&B, logistics, or e-commerce

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Hands-on experience with vendor negotiation and inventory management

- Tech-savvy with experience in order management systems and delivery tracking tools

- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
