Operations manager to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the organization. The operations manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
MAIN JOB TASKS
- Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
- Financial - Review working budget and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company. Implement on time invoicing, and collection strategy in coordination with fiancé team.
- Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
- Human Resources - Plan the use of human resources. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance. Make sure employee welfare and make sure their salaries and benefits are provided to them on time as per policy.
- Time and overtime- Control on time and overtime and weekend and holidays work schedule plan and monitor and to provide necessary productive action plan to site in charges.
- Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in services, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods and services. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of service. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
- Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR, Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.
- FM and Customer Service - Manage customer support. Plan and support all technical and Housekeeping and maintenance helpdesk and pest control and landscaping and any related AMC and any services related to FM activities.
- Strategic Input - Liaison with top management (General Manager). Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- HSE, QUALITY, Training -Implement HSE, ISO and standardised forms documentation and schedule training to improve quality and standards for work and workforce.
- O&M manual, HSE and quality Manual- Prepare and Provide requisite forms and operation manuals, quality manuals and HSE manuals at site.
- Site &Client visit -Conduct site visit with site team and clients each site minimum once in 2 months, plan and submit visit plan to management.
- Invoicing and collection –arrange to submit cost sheet to finance, Initiate for invoice and client acknowledgement and collection follow up each contract.
Risk assessment plan- Conduct survey and prepare risk assessment plan for each site and to be reviewed every quarter with GM.
