Operations Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations of shops and stores
  • Coordinate with shop managers and store staff
  • Monitor sales and target performance
  • Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and SOP compliance
  • Manage stock movement and inventory checks
  • Resolve operational issues quickly
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports
  • Support logistics between outlets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–3 years experience in retail/operations
  • Strong discipline and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple outlets
  • Basic Excel and reporting knowledge
  • Army retired person will be preferred
