Operations Officer – Maintenance & Fit‑Out

Company Overview:

A reputable maintenance and fit‑out company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly experienced Operations Officer with strong technical and operational knowledge specific to the UAE market, particularly Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be fully familiar with all procedures, regulations, and workflows related to maintenance and fit‑out operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day‑to‑day operations for maintenance and fit‑out projects.

- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

- Prepare and review schedules, reports, quotations, and project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and safety standards.

- Conduct site inspections, technical assessments, and emergency response actions.

- Improve operational efficiency and resource allocation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience, with strong preference for Abu Dhabi experience.

- Comprehensive knowledge of MEP, civil works, and fit‑out execution.

- Proficiency in operational software (MS Office, CRM, scheduling tools, reporting systems).

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Valid UAE driving license.
