About the Role

We are a newly established olive processing and packaging startup seeking a skilled Operations Officer to oversee and manage our production operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in food industry machinery and olive processing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day olive processing operations including seed removal, slicing, and packaging.

Operate and maintain food processing & packaging machines.

Conduct staff training on machine handling and safety protocols.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.

Monitor quality standards and compliance with food safety regulations.

Support management in establishing SOPs and optimizing productivity.

Requirements

Education: Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the food industry with machine operations background.

Age: Between 30 – 40 years.

Strong knowledge of food processing machinery and operational troubleshooting.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.About the Role
