Operations Planner / Data & Operations Analyst

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Planner / Data & Operations Analyst to support end-to-end operations activities. The role will focus on monitoring production, dispatches, and OOS performance while developing data-driven insights and dashboards to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily production, dispatches, and stock availability across operations.
• Track OOS (Out of Stock) trends and coordinate with production teams to resolve gaps.
• Develop and automate performance reports and dashboards using Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas) and Power BI.
• Analyze sales and operations data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare structured presentations and performance summaries for management review.
• Maintain high accuracy in data reporting and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations planning, production coordination, and data analysis.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
