Operations & Sales Coordinator (Cleaning Services) – On Call

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a female Operations & Sales Coordinator to manage daily cleaning operations and client bookings. The role is mainly phone-based, involving handling customer calls, scheduling, coordinating cleaners and drivers, and supporting sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and bookings via phone in a professional manner.
  • Organize daily and weekly schedules for cleaners (homes, offices, and other client locations).
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure cleaners arrive on time.
  • Supervise cleaning staff remotely and monitor service quality.
  • Promote company services, attract new clients, and follow up through phone calls and offers.
  • Make sure cleaners without bookings are assigned to new clients.
  • Send promotional offers to current and potential clients.
  • Record daily collections, track payments, and issue invoices.
  • Train new cleaners on company policies, cleaning standards, and safety.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cleaning company is required.
  • Strong background in customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage calls effectively.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
