Operations Supervisor (Sundar Raiwind Road) (Male)

Job Duties & Responsibilities :

• Address customer complaints related to shortages via CCTV.
• Manage offloading issues in coordination with the customer.
• Ensure timely vehicle reporting and communicate via email with customers.
• Provide consistent updates on vehicle offloading status in WhatsApp groups.
• Stay in constant contact with drivers regarding operational difficulties.
• Scan and manage monthly PODs and return stock submissions.
• Maintain records of CCTV-checked shortages and monthly return stock.

Qualification : Intermediate / Graduation.

Experience : 6 Months to 1 Year.

Salary : Market Competitive.
