Communicating with clients through various channels providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

Processing contracts and legal documents

Keeping record of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements

A minimum of secondary education

Preferably Undergraduate in business

At least 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role

Knowledge of ticketing systems and Customer support practices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organization skills

Problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
