Operations/Project Manager - Wall Fit/ Fit-Out

The Operations Manager ensures projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Must have a background of Fit-Out, Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, etc

Salary: AED 20-25k max

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Translate business objectives into actionable operational plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team
• Optimize resource allocation across multiple projects and teams.
• Enhance operational processes, systems, and methodologies.
• Guarantee quality and timeliness of project delivery.
• Oversee compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Technical Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of fit-out, joinery, and project management practices
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Familiarity with supply chain and logistics management

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 10–15 years of operations management experience, preferably in interiors, furniture, or construction industries
• Proven track record of managing large teams and multiple projects
• Experience in the region with consultants, contractors, and developers
