Oracle Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a relationship-driven Oracle Business Development Manager to grow strategic accounts and strengthen partnerships within the Oracle ecosystem. This role focuses less on cold prospecting and more on deepening client relationships, expanding new and existing accounts, and building long-term value through Oracle Cloud and on-premise solutions. This role focuses on finding new customers, building strong client relationships, and expanding Oracle solution adoption within existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) and on-premise services.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from outreach to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and decision-makers.
  • Identify customer pain points and align Oracle services to deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Grow assigned accounts through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Oracle partners and internal teams to deliver compelling proposals.
  • Track pipeline, account health, and performance in CRM; meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or IT services sales (Oracle ecosystem preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and account growth.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of Oracle Cloud solutions (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX).
  • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Base Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
