Oracle Functional Trainee (HCM)

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle Functional Trainee (HCM) based in Karachi. The trainee will assist in analyzing business processes, consulting with clients, and working with Oracle Human Resources (HR) and related Oracle applications. Responsibilities include supporting system integrations and ensuring seamless functionality across Oracle solutions. Requirements:

✅ Fresh graduates or candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in HR

✅ Educational background in BBA/MBA with O & A Level qualification

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✅ Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
