We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Functional) to provide expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle ERP Fusion. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules.



Contract Duration: 1 Year


  • Lead and participate in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, etc.).
  • Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with business stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM Fusion modules to meet business requirements.
  • Support data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations (OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extracts).
  • Provide post-go-live support , troubleshooting, and enhancements for HCM modules.
  • Document functional specifications, test scenarios, and user guides.
  • Conduct UAT, CRP, and SIT testing with business users.
  • Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices and HR policies.
  • Train and mentor end-users and junior consultants on HCM functionalities.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud as a functional consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent modules .
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI/BI Publisher reporting .
  • Proven track record in end-to-end implementations and support projects.
  • Ability to work closely with HR teams, understand business processes, and translate them into system solutions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exposure to integration with third-party systems via OIC or other middleware is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, etc.).
  • Experience in multi-country implementations with localization requirements.
  • Knowledge of security roles and data privacy compliance in HCM Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
