The role requires strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud, with expertise across key modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing. The candidate should have deep functional knowledge of supply chain processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning.

Key responsibilities include full-cycle ERP implementation—from requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, to Go-Live support. The role demands strong skills in business process analysis, cross-module integration (Finance, HR, Manufacturing), and post-implementation support.

Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel-based analytics, and BI tools such as OTBI, OBIEE, and BOBJ is essential. The candidate should be capable of developing dashboards, KPIs, and conducting end-user training, workshops, and preparing functional documentation.

Soft skills include excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities, along with a solid grasp of project management methodologies, ERP governance, and compliance standards.
