Order Booker – FMCG (Lahore)

About the Role

SourceTek, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is hiring an Order Booker for its client Retailync in Lahore. The role involves booking orders for FMCG products from medium to small-size shops across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail shops daily to take orders for FMCG products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
• Ensure product visibility and availability at retail outlets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the sales team.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of orders, deliveries, and payments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales/order booking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with shopkeepers and retailers.
• Familiarity with Lahore’s retail market will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

• Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 + Incentives
