Role Description
We are seeking a Reservation Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. This is a full-time, office-based role, reporting directly to a manager located in London. The Reservation Executive will play an essential role in ensuring smooth guest experiences and supporting the hotel’s reputation.

Key responsibilities include managing room reservations, handling guest inquiries, processing booking confirmations, and contacting guests prior to arrival to arrange self check-in through a private office. In addition, the Reservation Executive will be responsible for monitoring guest reviews, managing the hotel’s online appearance, and coordinating with other departments to ensure high service standards are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update room reservations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries
  • Process booking confirmations and handle secure payment transactions
  • Contact guests prior to arrival to arrange self check-in via a private office
  • Monitor guest reviews across platforms and take proactive steps to maintain a positive reputation
  • Support the hotel’s online presence and appearance, ensuring accurate and appealing listings
  • Coordinate with London-based management and internal departments to meet guest needs
  • Maintain reservation systems and prepare necessary reports
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Experience in reservation management, customer service, and review management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with reservation systems, payment processing, and online platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar software)
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
